Methods To understand the imbedding of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell, STR genetic locus of the recipient before and after transplantation and of its donor was detected with PCR in 4 cases of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and 1 case of nonmyeloablative hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
